George Butler is an award-winning reportage illustrator specialising in travel and current affairs. This exhibition focuses on human and animal migration and the intrinsic connection of living things, featuring work over the past five years including drawings and paintings from Syria and Iraq, Africa and Eastern Europe. The exhibition includes drawings, collage, photo-etchings and a hand-painted globe describing areas of the world where migration is a familiar part of life: in Iraq, Romania, Tajikistan, Palestine, Kenya and across Europe.
